“Grass-finished” or “100 % grass-fed” means the animals were pastured, and fed a natural diet for 100% of their lives- best choice. “Organic” indicated the animals were never given antibiotics or artificial hormones, not exposed to synthetic pesticides and fertilizers, and are fed only organic foods free of animal by-products.
