Private On Ramp Course

Our Private On Ramp Course, like our Group On Ramp Course, will provide you with a great understanding of all the fundamental movements and basic principles of CrossFit. At your convenience we will meet for 6 – 1 hour sessions by appointment. This program is for individuals who are new to CrossFit but are unable to attend all of the required 8 sessions of our group On Ramp Course.

Also, if you are interested in receiving more 1 on 1 attention, then the Private OR course is the way to go. After these 6 concentrated sessions, you will be well-equipped to join our regular classes and start your journey to world domination.

Private On Ramp Pricing

6 Sessions (6 hours total)
1 – on – 1 – $300
Couples: $225/person
Small Group:
3 – 4 people – $200/person

Personal Training:

Our Personal Training options are for individuals who are seeking to improve their overall fitness with one on one training or small group training with one of our coaches. You will benefit most from this program if you are new to exercise, have specific performance oriented goals, have a pre-existing injury, or if you just want that extra attention and motivation to keep you on track with reaching your goals.

Personal Training Pricing:
1 – on – 1 – $65/hour
Couples – $45/person
Groups (3 – 6 people) – $40/person
