CrossFit Workout of the Day (WOD)
Our CrossFit WOD is designed to challenge, motivate, and encourage our members. Each class is instructed by a certified CrossFit Coach, is one hour long, and consists of a warm-up, detailed instruction of a new movement, skill or technique, and concludes with the Workout of the Day. Who can participate in our group workouts? EVERYONE!

Our group classes consist of; grandmas, firefighters, soccor moms, teens, doctors, lawyers, athletes, bankers, the recently sedentary, overweight, young, old, and everyone in between.
Come to our workout of the day if you are a novice, master, advanced, senior, or fit anywhere on the spectrum! **Our classes are not exclusive to any one fitness level or experience, remember all CrossFit workouts are universally scalable which means that Grandma Mimi can workout along side of Firefighter Joe**
