Join us for this one day event in which affiliate owners from North & South Carolina are invited to come together to discuss best business practices. This event is open to any affiliate (current, pending, or aspiring) that is interested in learning from other local owners. Our goal is to provide a fun, open forum for affiliates to meet-up, network, get in a WOD or two, hang out, share better business practices, hear some business-related presentations, and hopefully, learn something new that you can implement into your business practice.
Our full agenda is TBA based on participation. If you are interested in presenting (informally) on a specific topic please contact karen@crossfitoceanislebeach.com. As a “presenter” we just ask for you to choose a topic in which you feel you have the most knowledge, (whether you have been successful or unsuccessful in this area), to begin an open discussion with the rest of the attendees. Last year some of the topics we discussed included: Business model, pricing, website content, coaching, certifications, programming, and local affiliate business statistics.
Whether you have been in the business 5+ years, just opened last week, have 400+ members, or only 17; we all have something to learn from one another. Bring it!
Cost: $10
This fee goes towards paying for chairs, coffee, bottled water & adult frosty beverages. We have a Kid’s Care Lounge available if needed but it will not be supervised. As always we will break for lunch (this is not included in your $10 fee). Reservations will be made at the Boundary House in Calabash, NC.
