		<description>We had another challenging WOD today,but that is what we pay for.  The afternoon classes did a great job and for the most part had good form.  I hope the MWOD on shin splints helped.  I know it helped me.  Thanks for all the effort!</description>

		<description>Still working through the schedule of having a new baby at home.  I did the WOD at home in 23:14.  The run was about 300 meters instead of the 200.  That is how big the circle is around my house.

Enjoyed that WOD a lot.  Was breathing heavy when I was complete.</description>
