Rickey Beck

Rickey Beck is one of our senior members at age 59. Rickey is a retired police and fire commander. Among other certifications he was certified by the state of N.C. as a fitness instructor. He lead the police powerlifting and running teams to several victories in the N. C. Police Olympics. After several injuries, Rickey joined CrossFit OIB in 2010. He has lost over 40 lbs. since joining. He is married to a member, Pam, who has lost 50lbs., and is Coach Jeff Beck’s father.
