Sign Up For A Class
Online Schedule Guidelines
- Athletes must sign up for classes & Open Box no later than 2 hours before scheduled start time.
- If an athlete fails to sign up for a scheduled class then that athlete will not be able to participate in that class. The athlete can choose to do a bodyweight WOD on his/her own (programmed by the coach) or attend a later class time.
- All classes are capped at 15 athletes. There is a 3 person waiting list.
- Athletes that sign up for classes and are a "habitual no-shows" will be not be tolerated.
- Visitors using day passes or week passes are exempt from online sign up with prior notice to CFOIB of the day and class time they will be attending.
- All athletes must be properly warmed up and ready for class instruction at 5 minutes past the scheduled class time. It is advisable to arrive 15 minutes prior to class start time. Visitors, please arrive an additional 5 minutes prior on your first visit to fill out a waiver, purchase your passes, pet the dog, and get accustomed to our box.
- Any athlete that is late for class results in the entire class participating in motivational burpees. 5 burpees for every 1 minute past the class start time. In other words, don't be late.
