WOD: Thursday 3.4.10

 ***There will be no 8:30am class this Friday (3/5)- only 9am with the Beast. 

Beginning next Monday (3/8) our evening class times will change as follows:

  • Monday thru Thursday: 5:30pm- 6:30pm & 6:30pm- 7:30pm
  • Friday: Open Box Only 4pm- 6pm (close at 6pm) 
  • Please remember to sign up for classes. If you have not paid your monthly dues, you will be unable to sign-up. 

The next Young Athletes series begins Tuesday March 9 & Thursday March 11. YA classes will now start at 4:30pm- 5:15pm.

Hey Coach are we doing Fran this weekend? I am trying to decide if I wanna do the walking lunges or not...know how I felt last time I did this afterwards and dont wanna try to do Fran like that LOL!! Just wondering!

Coach's Gravatar Karen- yes, Fran on Saturday. You'll be fine. Be prepared for the unknown and the unknowable. If you had to rescue Fenway from a burning building- would you say "I can't today- my legs are sore"? Come in and do the lunges, Friday rest or walk or jog or light row- and Saturday bust your ass for a good Fran time. :)

Dargan- yes, you pissed me off by not coming to class last night. :)

Becky- maybe I'll do the WOD with you tonight :)

Roger's Gravatar I survived the Rx WOD!!!

I'm really beginning to feel like I'm where I need to be and that I'm doing what I need to be doing to become healthy. If you've worked out with me you know I like to cut up and try to make people laugh and have a good time, but I work hard for everything I get. Even when I'm not at my best, I try to be a positive influence, and likewise, I appreciate the encouragement I've gotten from my fellow athletes--newbies and old school alike.

Feeling like you belong where you are makes being there all the more worthwhile. Thanks Cross-fit.
