Today you can choose to do WOD #1 or #2
WOD #1
"Becky's Birthday WOD"
4 Rounds for time:
Run 200 meters
26 Air Squats
26 Power Snatches
26 Turkish Sit-Ups
26 Box Jumps
and on the 4th round add in a bonus 26 burpees.
Coach's notes: Men will use 65 lb for power snatches & 1 pood for turkish sit-ups and women will use 45 lb and 0.5 pood respectively. Box Jumps are 24". Post time completed & birthday wishes for Becky to comments.
WOD #2
Part 1 - Deadlift 5, 5, 5, 5, 5
Part 2 - As many reps in 5 minutes of Double Unders
Coach’s notes: Post load for each set of deadlifts and total number of double unders to comments.
