Coach's Gravatar Breakfast: 2 whole eggs + 2 egg white, raspberries, almond butter, coffee + coconut milk. fish oil.

Lunch: chicken breast + broccoli, fish oil.

snack: coffee (if the beast brings me some), turkey meat + dried fruit.
