Roger's Gravatar Today's WOD made me feel like I was a newbie again, but I know that 5 weeks ago I couldn't have done even half of what I did today. I'm still a little intimidated sometimes, but I love what Cross-fit is doing for me. Sine January 1 I have lost 23lbs--19 of that since I started working out at Cross-fit. I usualy dread going to work out, but I'm becommin addicted to the way Ifeel when I leave. That's what keeps me coming back.

Kerri's Gravatar Hey Roger, I started CrossFit the end of Sept. and there are many WOD's that make me feel like a newbie and
I have sore muscles on some part of my body at all times.....After some workouts I feel like I can't drive home
b/c my arms feel like bricks! That makes CrossFit really hard at times but for me that is what makes it addicting!
I love the challenge and to see how far I can push myself....

I enjoyed working out with the 9am crew today :)

Remember to continue to push yourself... know that you can do it and the results will continue to add up!
I have been doing Crossfit for over a year and believe me, there are days that I feel the same but it is all about pushing yourself to be the BEST you possibly can!!
