I have sore muscles on some part of my body at all times.....After some workouts I feel like I can't drive home
b/c my arms feel like bricks! That makes CrossFit really hard at times but for me that is what makes it addicting!
I love the challenge and to see how far I can push myself....
I enjoyed working out with the 9am crew today :)
Remember to continue to push yourself... know that you can do it and the results will continue to add up!
I have been doing Crossfit for over a year and believe me, there are days that I feel the same but it is all about pushing yourself to be the BEST you possibly can!!
