Great Job ladies.

I am now enjoying my breakfast: Chicken breast, 1 small apple, and a handful of blackberries & raspberries + peanut butter. it's like a peanut butter & jelly sandwich without the jelly or the sandwich :)

Dargan's Gravatar 1st time deadlift max ever. 365# Wanna get 400 bad!! Wait til march... Need to start pre cooking some extra chicken breasts to have at work for lunch. Been eating a lot of sliced turkey breast and been thinking about all the sodium... Wonder if the fresh sliced is any better? Coach? oh yeah and elbows to knees is just plain weird, just saying...

Breakfast: 2eggs/2eggwhites 1 apple and some peanut butter
Lunch: black pepper turkey meat/ raspberries / one of Karens peanut butter packs
Snack: turkey meat/apple/organic mixed nuts and seeds
not sure if that was really a snack or a meal but i'll make sure i don't overdo dinner. :)

Dinner: tuna, lowfat cottage cheese, green beans, apple and some almonds.
Bummed that I missed everyone's Deadlift PR's . Great job! I'm worried about what kind of shape I will be in when I get back in town:(

Coach's Gravatar Dargan- great job on your DL. Let's work on your kips tomorrow before the WOD. And yes, it's much better to eat regular chicken breast on a regular basis as opposed to deli meat (because of the sodium). And the "elbows to knees" may be strange. Never done it- we do "knees to elbows". I'm just sayin...

Beast- wish you could do tomorrow's WOD with me. I need some competition. (I told you that you wouldn't beat me on the leg raises. wink wink)

Heather- please don't get out of the zone while you are in NY. Stay away from the pizza, beer, & the Canadians. You can do plenty of body-weight WODs while you are gone, too. And ps: somebody took your title as the Deadlifting Stripper today- but I cannot remember who....

Kim F.'s Gravatar Heather, I am perfecting your stripper move while you're gone - it's very snakelike! Unfortunately I regressed with my weight, but I would rather have correct form. Breakfast - 2 eggs, yogurt, almonds. Lunch - turkey, cheesestick, almonds. Dinner - small piece leftover lasagne (had to get rid of it!) and salad. I made homemade chicken salad for tomorrow and sampled it - so that counts for my snack!
