WOD

"Cindy"

AMRAP in 20 minutes:

5 Pullups

10 Pushups

15 Air Squats

We will complete this WOD in two heats where each athlete will have a rep/round counter & encouragement.

Kim F.'s Gravatar I did "Cindy" yesterday. 12 rounds - red band, push-ups on the floor except 1 round on the small box (hurts worse).
So I rested after 5 reps for the last 4 rounds.
