What are you guys eating?
lunch: lemon chicken and spinach
At work today, but I ran 6 miles this am!
Lunch: turkey meat, raspberries, peanut butter
Snack: protein shake
Dinner: OMG! Peice of Pizza (but it was thin crust and light sauce, and it was SOOOOOO good!!! Amazing how good something tastes when you haven't had it in a long time!!)
Power Clean WOD: 110#
Yesterdays WOD: (thrusters,boxjumps,kb swings) 17:29
Snack: apple/peanut butter
Dinner: Chef Salad and Diet Coke
Had a meeting after work, but ran 3 miles and hope to make it to Crossfit tomorrow night!
But then my row + run sucked
