6 rounds for time:

Squats - 80, 64, 48, 32, 24, 12
KB Swings - 40, 32, 24, 16, 12, 6
Pull Ups - 20, 16, 12, 8, 6, 3

Coach’s notes: Use the above rep scheme given for each exercise.  Men use 1.5 pood and women 1.0 pood for the KB swings.

Lunch: chicken salad from Lowe's (not happy about them tricking me with mayonnaise & onions in it- bastards).
