The On Ramp Course  
Our On Ramp Course meets two days a week for 4 weeks. Each course typically begins between the 1st and before the 15th of every month. The On Ramp Course is mandatory for the individual who wants ultimately to train in our on-going CrossFit group classes. During this course you will along with other beginners will work with a certified coach who will safely expose you to our movement curriculum in a small group setting. Movement techniques will be drilled as well as a progressive introduction to the intensity levels that are inherent in our group classes. A certified coach will assess your fitness level and ensure that you are ready to safely transition into our on-going CrossFit group classes. 
 
The On Ramp Course consists of 8 one-hour sessions and can be registered for here. All 8 On Ramp Course sessions must be completed before you may attend our regularly scheduled CrossFit group classes. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class. Late-comers will be asked to reschedule with a personal training session for an additional fee.  Click here or contact us today to reserve your spot in our next On-Ramp Course! Private Coaching Sessions 
If the On Ramp Course does not fit into your schedule or you are unsure that CrossFit group classes are right for you, then you may also train privately with a coach. You have the option to decide which option is best for you. Please feel free to call or email us and we'll be happy to answer any questions you may have.  
 
If you choose personal training over the On Ramp course you may schedule 4 personal training sessions with a CrossFit OIB Coach to get you fully prepared for our CrossFit group classes. Please contact us for pricing. 
 
CrossFit Group Class  
Our CrossFit group class is designed to challenge, motivate, and encourage our members. Each class is instructed by a certified CrossFit Coach, is one hour long, and consists of a warm-up, detailed instruction of a new movement, skill or technique, and concludes with the Workout of the Day. Who can participate in our group workouts? EVERYONE! 

 

Our group classes consist of; grandmas, firefighters, soccor moms, teens, doctors, lawyers, athletes, bankers, the recently sedentary, overweight, young, old, and everyone in between.
 
Come to our Group Classes if you are a novice, master, advanced, senior, or fit anywhere on the spectrum! **Our classes are not exclusive to any one fitness level or experience, remember all CrossFit workouts are universally scalable which means that Grandma Mimi can workout along side of Firefighter Joe**

CrossFit OIB Young Athletes

Our YA's program is designed and coached with the specific demands and needs of children in mind. This program is for children of all athletic abilities between 7 1/2 and 12 years of age. Monthly Fees 


At CFOIB for only about $3 a day (on the Unlimited membership, for example) you will work with a certified coach every time you walk through our door and you will be provided with a program that guarentees incredible results. We cannot be compared to any other gym in town- because we are not just a gym. We are CrossFit OIB and we follow the CrossFit Methodology. All athletes save 10% with Auto-Pay. Auto-Pay means you record an active credit card on file on our online payment/enrollment software. We will charge your card each month.  You are responsible for making sure the credit card on file is active, that the expiration rate has not expired and that you have rights to place charges on this account. No refunds will be given if you do not cancel 15-days before the next scheduled charge – only credits will be applied for the coming month. Class credits expire in 90 days from the date of the award of credits.

 

Unlimited- $110 or $100 with Auto-Pay

 

Includes unlimited instructed group classes. A three month commitment is required for all new athletes. 


Family Add On-
8-14 years old- $40/mo with Auto-Pay
15-18 years old- $50/mo with Auto-Pay

 

Young Athletes-
$40 per 4 week series (1 class/week)
 

 

Couple Unlimited (save 20%)- $198 or $180 with Auto-Pay

 

Includes unlimited instructed group classes for a couple who reside in the same household.

 

6 Month Pre-Pay (save 10%)

12 Month Pre-Pay (save 15%)

Private Coaching Sessions- 

 

Individual session with Coach Jennifer: $65 per hour (no additional gym membership fee required)

Package of 5 sessions:  $325 ($65/per hour/session)
Package of 10 sessions:  $600 ($60 per hour/session)
Package of 20 sessions:  $1,100 ($55 per hour/session)
Package of 30 sessions:  $1,500 ($50 per hour/session)

Individual session with Head Coach Karen: $80 per hour

Private Group Training-

We also offer private group training which is provided for those who may have a group of friends and want to keep it private.  These sessions are run like a class, however they are closed off and only the personal group is allowed to train with their CrossFit Coach Jennifer.

Group of 2 is:  $40 per person
Group of 3 is:  $30 per person
Group of 4 is:  $25 per person

1 Day Pass- $10 (visitors only)

Nutrition Counseling- $60/month 
Includes personalized weekly meal plan + weekly weigh-in/body fat testing, and one-on-one counseling with Coach Karen. Our athletes on meal planning typically loose up to 2lbs a week and achieve the most success with our program. Proper diet & nutrition are an integral part of elite fitness. Our approach to nutrition is pretty basic: Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch, and no sugar". In other words you will be eating real food, the food that our hunter-gatherer ancestors have eaten for millions of years, and avoiding the processed junk that comes in bags and packages.
