So, how do I begin?
The On-Ramp Course
The On-Ramp Course is mandatory for the individual who wants ultimately to train in one of our ongoing CrossFit group classes. In 3 On-Ramp Course sessions a certified coach will safely expose “newbies” to our movement curriculum in a small group setting. Movement techniques will be drilled as well as a progressive introduction to the intensity levels that are inherent in our group classes. A certified coach will assess your fitness level and ensure that you are ready to safely transition into our on-going CrossFit group classes.
The On-Ramp Course consists of 3 one-hour sessions and is by appointment only. All 3 On-Ramp Course sessions must be completed before you may attend our regularly scheduled CrossFit group classes. Please arrive 5 minutes prior to class. Late-comers will be asked to reschedule. Contact us today to reserve your spot in our On-Ramp Course!
Private Coaching Sessions
If you are unsure that CrossFit group classes are right for you, then you may also train privately with a coach. You have the option to decide which option is best for you. Please feel free to call or email us and we'll be happy to answer any questions you may have.
CrossFit Group Class
Our CrossFit group class is designed to challenge, motivate, and encourage our members. Each class is instructed by a certified CrossFit Coach, is one hour long, and consists of a warm-up, detailed instruction of a new movement, skill or technique, and concludes with the Workout of the Day. Who can participate in our group workouts? EVERYONE! Our group classes consist of; grandmas, firefighters, soccor moms, teens, doctors, lawyers, athletes, bankers, the recently sedentary, overweight, young, old, and everyone in between.
Come to our Group Classes if you are a novice, master, advanced, senior, or fit anywhere on the spectrum! **Our classes are not exclusive to any one fitness level or experience, remember all CrossFit workouts are universally scalable which means that Grandma Mimi can workout along side of Firefighter Joe** “The social dynamic of group classes is extremely powerful.
